F4 Fiumei Apartment

Це окремі апартаменти у досить старому будинку. Під'їзд трохи старий та брудний, але загалом таких під'їздів у Будапешті багато. В будинку у квартирі поряд мешкає дуже велика собака, її не чутно зовсім, але вона часто буває на спільному внутрішньому балконі без супроводу та без намордника (мені було трошки лячно). В апартаментах все чудово. Спілкування з хазяїном через повідомлення, відповідає дуже швидко, намагається вирішити проблему. Ключі стандартно у боксі біля дверей. В цих апартаментах є свій зовнішній балкон (єдиний на весь дім)). Розташування поряд із вокзалом - ідеальне. Лишити речі для зберігання, нажаль, не можна (до в'їзду та після виїзду).

Собака в квартирі поряд. Тиха і дуже вихована, скоріш за все дресерована, але велика і страшна. Лишатися із такою один на один на спільному балконі лячно. Заносили та виносили речі під її наглядом. Від ліфта далі дверей апартаментів краще не заходити.

Location was perfect the metro station was beside the apartment.The apartment was very big that the photos and very convenient.

It was kind of loud in the night , there was noise from cars and ambulances.

The place had a great location, very close to the Central Train Station, as well from the Metro line 2 &4 so getting to the center of Budapest was very fast and efficient. The guide that was given to us as to how to reach and enter the appartment was very discriptive and helped us to find it and enter very easy. Appartment was clean, cosy and the upper deck was very warm for sleeping. Overall, I would totally recommend it for 2 persons. Also big thanks to the owners being helpful, always in touch and respecting the privacy!

The only 2 things we were not happy about, but wasn't a big deal was the subtle bad smell coming either from the toilet or the sink, I am guessing it is from the piping. And the second thing was that the lower part, the sitting area could not get warm due to the height of the room and the hot air going up since we visited during winter time. But since we were most of the day outside, this was not a very big deal for us, so again, I would recommend it nevertheless.

Loud area, always so many sirene and so much loud.

Very close to the station, it had character being in an old Budapest apartment building, clean, comfortable, excellent access instructions.
