probably, the view from the balcony of room 401 is the only positive thing about this place. the place is very spacious. it was clean.

I don’t know where to begin… I will start with the mis-advertising. Not all pictures that you see are the pictures of this apartment. There are no balconies in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are facing either the white wall or someone’s backyard, which is not an issue except the 3 German shepherd dogs that bark at any noise. also the pictures of the living room are not the pictures of the apartment 401, it’s the most basic design, which is not bad. I just don’t understand why not to post actual pictures of the place. Another problem, there were ants in the kitchen. you have to make sure to wipe the counter top and keep your fruits in the fridge, not outside. Bed sheets - the cheapest synthetic sheets that make your skin damp as soon as you cover yourself. the mattress protector is very thick, it makes crinkly sound, and doesn’t let your body breath. there are so many modern mattress protectors that will feel much better. and please get a better set of sheets. Master bedroom only has a window that doesn't slide but opens (like a door). Makes it hard to adjust for air flow at night, but not a huge deal. More annoying is the fan above that makes loud mechanical noises. The small bedroom with a double bed is the better bedroom, even though it's counter intuitive. Synthetic bed sheets that make you sweat. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room. It looks nice, but breaks your back There is the neighbor who plays super loud annoying music early in the morning. No idea why - he's not a club or any kind of business. Condo is on a steep hill, expect a "nise" workout on those neverending steps when coming back from Malecon.

The location was perfect and central (hence el centro) and we loved the rooftop pool. Since there weren’t too many units, the rooftop pool was never too crowded. And the views of the city were great. We liked how easy it was to walk to the market or garden. We stayed with our one year old daughter and carried her in walks and went to the pool during her two naps.

There were a lot of ants that would enter through the front door and trail inside our entryway even if there wasn’t any food evidence or crumbs.

Not enough dishes, electronic locks did not work all the time.we got stuck outside with no help at midnight, code did not work. Not enough information once we arrived.

perfect place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. just a few blocks from the center of the city and the malecon great pool, clean and staff was responsive

it situated on a hill so walking to the Malecon area is pretty steep coming back
