The position is ideal. Quiet road with private parking and private pier with chairs and loungers. Hard to think of a better position in Kotor ..

Not a very welcoming host with a somewhat hostile attitude on arrival and pre arrival. House in need of serious renovation. Courtyard feels neglected. Discarded items shoved into holes in the wall and unloved / dead plants. Freezer didn’t work entire five days. Host brought back up freezer as we departed. Many of cupboards in bedrooms are full of owners’ linen and sundry - and one can’t hang clothes. No towel rails in bathrooms or bedrooms. Bathrooms outdated. Smell of sewerage in main bathroom. Reported to owners - told to pour water into drainage holes. Didn’t fix. The owner spends a lot of time outside the property. He also came into the property without prior warning. .

So much to like. A home from home. We'll be back! This location has everything going for it if you want a chilled out break. And plenty to see by hire car or taxi in the old city of Kotar, and a boat trip to Our Lady's Rock from (?) Perast, both nearby. There is a small convenience store a short walk away.

The fridge freezer didn't work well. Our ice creams melted. The hairdryer cable needed repairing.

The location was perfect, car parking space, felt private, host brilliant

We stayed at Casa Pasanović as a group of 8 and had an incredible experience. The location is serene and quiet—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Ljuta. Our host was amazing: warm, accommodating, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself was the most well-equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. From the kitchen to the small details, everything we could possibly need was there—they even had toys for my toddler, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can’t recommend Casa Pasanović enough for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with top-notch hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Het was een prachtige locatie, de weg is enkel voor bestemmingsverkeer, wat het een hele rustige en mooie plek maakt. Het uitzicht is het mooiste van Kotor!

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man entspannen möchte. Man hat seine eigene Badestelle/Zugang zum Wasser, was gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen super war. Dazen hatte zur Begrüßung ein paar Getränke besorgt und er organisierte uns die Bootstour ab der Unterkunft. Was sehr praktisch war, da es ab kurz vor 9.00Uhr nahezu unmöglich ist, einen Parkplatz in Kotor zu bekommen (von wo die Touren eigentlich starten). Fürs Grillen besorgte er noch Grillkohle, Feuerzeug und Anzünder. Der Kontakt war auch gut. Antworten erfolgten schnell. Das Highlight für die Kinder war der Kühlschrank mit dem Eiswürfelzubereiter.

Der Schirm auf dem Innenhof hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und für den "Strand" wären noch 1-2 zusätzliche Schirme schön.
