REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR MINORS CHECKING INTO THE HOTEL - According to current legislation and for safety reasons, minors will not be allowed to enter the hotel premises without the proper documentation. Please take note of the following: Mandatory documents: 1- Official identification of the minor (ID card, passport, and birth certificate). 2- Official identification of the responsible adult. 3- Authorization letter signed by the parents or legal guardians, in case the minor is staying with a third party (not a father or mother). The letter must include: full name of the minor, information of the responsible adult, dates of stay, and contact number of the parents or guardians. A copy of the official identification of the parents or legal guardians must be attached (in the latter case, the document proving legal guardianship must be presented). Minors will not be allowed to check in without the company of a responsible adult or the valid documentation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
