AMP FLAT Nishijin 3

We had a group of 10 members and enjoyed the stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. There are many restaurants nearby. It's very convenient.

The lift was small and had a strong urine smell.

the location is great, and there are two bathrooms.

there is not enough chairs for 6 persons.

great location, close to everything, lots of room/space for everyone

a little noisy from the bar/restaurants outside at night (not the whole night - only when customers leaving the place so not much)

1. The room is nice & clean. There are 3 rooms i.e. 1) double bed room, 2) Japanese style mattress room with futon, 3) large room 4 single beds with a curtain to separate into 2 compartment. Living room and kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, and 3 wash basins. Sufficient facilities for family. 2. Location is in walking proximity from subway station.

1. I suggest that the owner should clearly show the photo of the building entrance on booking.com. We didn't know what it looks like and had spent some time looking for the building. 2. We were not informed about the entry code for the main building gate. We entered the building because somebody left the door open... 3. The heater in the living room isn't warm enough. There is no heater in the common area like the kitchen, or walkway between each bedroom. Despite I wrote some dislike points, I have to emphasize that this is a nice room while points #1, and #2 can be solved by clearly communicating with the owner (which I may didn't precisely ask...)
