"Exceptional"

I liked almost everything, the hosts are the nicest ppl u could wish to stay with. They attended to every little detail to make my stay the best it could be. Everything was as described on booking.com. 3 minute walk to the beach and also close to the highstreet made it a fantastic location. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed. I highly recommend the rosewood for a relaxing guest house stay.

I had only 1 complaint, although it is a huge complaint. I have always been an early riser in the morning, but this was not possible. As the bed in my room was so unbelievably comfortable I found it incredibly difficult to drag myself out of bed in a morning 🤣🤣

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very good and were able to help when we needed any assistance. The room was very comfortable and clean 😊

They is only 4 parking spaces available behind the property and it is very tight and narrow.

"Aside from the parking experience, it was indeed a great stay."

I liked the rooms as its big enough and Amy is very nice and accomodating.

We booked 4 rooms. The parking space is free but when we are just about to check in we found out that its a very tight parking space and any guest were agreeing to it, the car that’s parked next to where we trying to park was too close and my husband didn’t noticed we slightly scratched it till he got out of the car, he was honest enough to look for the owner and paid him £200 for the little scratch.

Kind and helpful host, very clean and cosy accomodation. Special request was some Birthday card and chocolate, which was in the room with a lovely decoration. I would just reccomend this hotel. Thank you

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The sea was only a short walk away.

We only stayed for one night and loved everything about our stay!

Everything about this guest house was amazing. The owners were so accommodating with our early arrival. Our room was fantastic and so clean and it was so quiet at night.

There really isn't anything bad to say about the rosewood the only thing I would say is that there wasn't any decaf in the room
