Il ne s'agit pas du tout d'un hôtel. Pas de réception, pas d'ascenseur, pas de petit déjeuner, pas de ménage (y en a t il entre deux clients car beaucoup de poussière ? )

Very nice room with enough room for 5 people, close to to he station (2 minutes) and close to the shrines and center of the city.

It's super big if you are with only 2 people, but that's what we liked about it. The beds could be comfier, and we had an issue with getting the instructions on how to get in at the beginning, so make sure you check that beforehand as we failed to do so. Location wise it's great, but maybe less so if you have a lot of luggage. You'll need to climb a hill/some stairs to get there.
