El trato del personal y localización del alojamiento

Hay servicios que deben mejorar, como el desayuno, que, aunque está bien atendido, ofrece productos que con un poco de esfuerzo más pueden mejorarse, al igual que la propia instalación para el desayuno. Posiblemente, contratando más personal, otros servicios del hotel pueden mejorar mucho y tener más flexibilidad.

"It’s a big NO for me, I do not recommend this hotel."

The main advantage of the hotel is its location, around a 10–15 minute walk from the Old City, and the staff were polite and friendly throughout my stay.

Regarding my 2-night stay at Lahovary Palace Hotel, I can say that overall it lacked quality for the price they charge. First of all, the breakfast was very poor, with only 2–3 options available at most. The breakfast area also looked outdated and uninviting, more like an old storage room or canteen. Secondly, the room was extremely small, almost like a matchbox. While the minibar was a nice touch, it did not make up for the dust, dirty mugs/glasses, and the moldy smell in the room, which was very unpleasant. Thirdly, one of the hotel’s main advantages is its location, only about a 10–15 minute walk from the Old City. However, overall, compared to many 2- or 3-star hotels, this hotel falls short. The staff were polite and friendly, so I cannot complain about the service. However, based on my experience, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend booking this hotel.

"Es gibt bessere Hotels im Bukarest zum selben Preis."

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Baustelle nebenan hat nicht gestört. Das Personal war stets bemüht, höflich und freundlich. Bei jeglicher Kritik wurde schnell reagiert. Das Hotel war sehr sauber.

Das Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gering und entsprach nicht einem 3 Sterne Hotel. Ein Hausmeister hätte an manchen Stellen gut zu tun gehabt.
