Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful - especially young woman Kung who took care of us and made breakfasts. Water, shower, a/c all good. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Lovely and.quiet. Easy 5 min walk to the river front and options for food and refreshments.

Scrambled eggs were great. Only criticism of breakfast was only Nescafé, but that is normal for small guest houses like this one. The cost of proper espresso machine would be too much.

The free snacks and drinks are a very nice touch. It reminds me of the old guesthouses of 20 years ago and really makes guests feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty.

The room was extremely basic - quite disappointing compared to the photos. There was a large (~2 cm) gap above the door, which allowed mosquitoes into the room. Our room was absolutely filthy - our bags were caked in thick grey dust after placing them on the bedroom floor. I usually don't care about a bit of dirt, but this was really bad.
