Staff management very unprofessional and room had roaches all over

Tengo una recervasion y cuando llegue del hotel no me dieron nada de habitación

Yo ya lo tengo pagado y aún no me an reembolsado mi dinero

Room had a word smell that air freshener did nothing for. I was nauseous. Roaches in the shower refrigerator and on night stand. Bed was hard i was afraid to get under the covers. I left my first night and stayed elsewhere.

The ppl working there were pleasant.

The TV was pretty big

The wifi barely worked, the room looks nothing like the website pictures, false advertisement when I booked a premium room and was given a small room with a small bed. The person at the front counter said they have had many of the same complaints, yet they do nothing to fix it.

My stay was great only problem I had at first was the air wasn’t working right
