Very good location, few minutes walk to get to Kata beach, a lot of restaurants near by. Property is very clean and the team was fantastic. Bonus: "Fatty" the ginger cat was always around

this villa was up a hill this was not shown prior to arrival my wife and I re 75+ and had a difficult time walking up a mountan side

"A fine place to stay, close to the beach and with phenomenal service."

Location is great, barely a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 7-11 up the road, and still pretty quiet. The staff were incredible, very friendly and accommodating.

The only issue I had was that the bathroom had a mildew-like smell to it, which didn't go away even after the room service team cleaned up.

"Ok the villas, terrible Phuket"

Clean and silent

Nothing. I just don’t like Phuket so I did not enjoy my stay. It is horrible ambience.
