The staff are always helpful, friendly. Got a villa with a sea view from the window. Beautiful courtyard. Near the beach.

The shower stall needs renovation and is very small.

Very convenient to everything in Kata. Five minutes walk to the South end of Kata Beach. Clean rooms - ours had an ocean view. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Fantastic value for the price. A bit of a climb to get to your room but definitely recommend
