Uns wurde etwas mundfaul erklärt wie das selbstständige Einchecken funktioniert. In unserem Zimmer hing Zigarettenrauch und der Rauchmelder war abmontiert. Das Zimmer war top gereinigt.

Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten.Es war alles sauber und sehr ansprechend. Die Badezimmertür klemmt. Schön wären Tische die Normalhöhe haben. Das Self-Check-in ist ein bisschen unverständlich.

"Nightmare checkin."

When my wife and I arrived the front door to the hotel was locked. There was a machine outside where credit car patment for our room could be made and a key was supposed to be automatically
