I’ve stopped at many hotels in Great Yarmouth over my time visiting and this hotel for me is the Best, Location =excellent,5 minutes walk to the beach 🏖️ Parking = I parked right outside and there is plenty of parking on road which is free. Bed = the most comfortable I’ve slept in 😴 Breakfast = ok so there’s no breakfast which suits me fine but there is plenty of near places offering breakfast at reasonable prices within 5/10 min walk. Decor = this hotel is decorated to a high standard,Margaret the owner has a kind eye for detail. Bit and Bobs to add = your room has all the things you require for your stay tea/coffee etc nice touch was a small mini fridge big enough for milk(one pint)medication etc the fan was a nice touch on this hot muggy weekend of me visiting. Conclusion = I was fortunate to meet Margaret the owner on my departure,she asked me about my stay and chatted for 5/10 minutes,the maids were also very polite and will accommodate you with any of your requests,will I stay here again the answer is YES!!

Being greeted by Margaret on arrival. The room was a lovely size, very clean and bright. Also no rush to get up and out in the mornings, as housekeeping didn't start till 10.30. Annabelle Rooms is a short walk to the beach and town centre. Ideal for a relaxing trip.

We were happy with everything.

The Room was very clean ,fresh and nicely decorated. Had everything I needed as a solo occupant for one night. Great location with convenient parking and easy to access the property.
