호텔 건물 자체는 리모델링하여 깨끗했지만 침대 시트와 배게에 원인을 알 수 없는 얼룩이 있었고, 욕실 바닥 청소도 되어있지 않았으며 변기 안에는 머리카락들이 보여 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 방음이 되지 않아 옆 방의 대화 소리가 들렸습니다.

머리카락 침소 몇가닥, 타올 추가요청시,1인 2개라며 거부, 벼개는 너무 높아 잠 설침, 낮은벼개는 없다고. . . , 세심한 배려부조, 조식도 먹을게 없어요. . .
