We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel a short walk from the busy streets of Palma, not least because it got us exploring a different and more authentic side of the city, far from all the glitzy shops and tourist throngs. The hotel itself looks better in real life than in pictures, and seems to have had a recent and very stylish makeover, with a lot of wonderful design touches, a good restaurant with an amazing continental breakfast at a very fair price, a cool rooftop terrace and very comfortable rooms. We loved our room on the third floor with a delightful bed, a spacious bathroom with a great shower, and views towards the green trees outside. Best of all, the staff will go out of their way to help you, and make the extra effort to light up your day and bring a smile on your face.

That we only had two nigbts.

Bardzo miła obsługa, przywitano nas kieliszkiem szampana i całą garścią poleceń na zwiedzanie, sklepy i restauracje. Wszyscy byli mili i pomocni, doradzili jak poradzić sobie z parkingiem, bez nadmiernych kosztów. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko starego miasta i plaży idealna na piesze zwiedzanie miasta. Dodatkowego uroku dodaje taras na dachu z małym basenem oraz patio restauracji.

Clean, very well maintained, simple chic design making the most of traditional elements.

The staff Louisa and Natalie (hope im spelling it correctly) were fabulous, very attentive and welcoming from the moment we entered. Was greeted with a lovely smile and fresh glass of rose cava, such a wonderful welcoming. The rooms were lovely, the shower was phenomenal, felt so fresh after having a shower with fantatsic water pressure, this was quite the surprise from previous experiences with hotels etc. The breakfast was lovely and well presented but not a great selection to choose from. The location was great, lots of places to walk to with many shops and cafes along the way. Hired some bikes in the last day which was great price. The bikes a bit dated but done the job and seen Palma at our leisure. Stopped off at the beach for lunch and a cheeky cocktail and cycled along the water front and up into town. The roof top was gorgeous, clean and well presented with a bar opened during certain hours. Pool was more a lounge, plunge pool but this could do with being heated as was far to cold to use. The room itself was lovely and cosy, but not very soundproof as could hear doors opening and closing in the hall way and foot traffick. Great value for money, however a little expensive for a ensuite room for one night. But we Will definitely return due to the fantatsic service

Breakfast was lovely but could do it a better variety. A buffet style breakfast would be much better for this style hotel as its small and would be a great addition The pool would be nicer if this was heated and for the cost of a room per night i would expect this. Better soundproofing of the walls and doors would be beneficial

Heel mooi gerenoveerd pand, stijlvol en rustige kleuren. Vriendelijke ontvangst en personeel. Restaurant ook goed en zeer betaalbaar. Weinig lawaai (op de 3e verdieping )

De bedden waren eigenlijk een beetje hard. Badkamervloer was niet zo schoon, rest wel.
