I stayed at the hotel for one night. Overall, the experience was acceptable with a few notable strengths and areas for improvement. Positives: 1. The breakfast was pleasant and adequately varied. 2. The surrounding area was suitable and provided a generally comfortable environment for the stay. 3. Housekeeping service was prompt and responsive, which contributed positively to the overall comfort.

The check-in process was significantly delayed and inefficient. The front desk staff lacked cooperation and professionalism during check-in. The bed was not comfortable, which negatively impacted the quality of sleep. The hotel’s location is relatively far from the city center, which may pose an inconvenience for guests planning to explore or commute frequently. There was noticeable noise at night and Double soundproofing between rooms, which made it difficult to relax or have a quiet conversation. With improvements in guest service, bed quality, and operational efficiency, the overall experience could be significantly enhanced.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The room had no air conditioning, and despite the unbearable heat, the hotel offered no portable fans or cooling solutions. We were forced to sleep with the balcony door open, which did little to help, yet made the noise from outside even worse. Speaking of noise, the area was constantly loud until 5 AM - rowdy partygoers, screeching cars, and honking motorbikes right outside our window. This was especially disappointing since we were promised a "garden or mountain view", but instead got a corner room overlooking a chaotic car park and dilapidated buildings. The service was appalling - no assistance with luggage at check-in, and every request was met with attitude and indifference. At checkout, when we honestly shared our awful experience, the reception staff rolled their eyes and dismissed us with a sarcastic "Thanks for your feedback." It’s clear they have zero respect for guests, especially if you’re not a local. This was far from a "suite" experience - more like a rundown budget motel. Even the most basic hotels offer better comfort, service, and basic amenities. Do not waste your money here - stay elsewhere!

Amazing beauty and nature around the hotel. Delicious breakfast, large room, but no possibility to put things - no closet, no closed drawers. Situated next to one of the ski lifts, but far from the center of the village. Beautiful terrace, but few sofas and chairs on it.

There is no air conditioning in the room - it is very hot in the summer - you open the door to the balcony to let in some fresh mountain night air, but along with the coolness you hear dogs barking all night long. It is impossible to sleep. There is no storage space in the room. In my opinion, it is very dark in the room and in the hotel corridors. The staff is unfriendly, they do not say hello when you meet them, they react negatively to any request, but they immediately ask for payment. All the roads in the village are dug up - it is difficult to drive by car, not to mention walking with a child in a stroller. Despite the stunning nature and views of the resort, the impressions from the trip are rather negative, I doubt that I will come again.

Special thanks to George for his generous assistance in communicating with the airport regarding our luggage, and to Natia and Mariam for their constant kindness and cooperation. Your efforts made our stay more comfortable and relaxing. We greatly appreciate it! Unfortunately, the waiters in the restaurant spoke poor English and were rude. I can tell they were racist, since you don't speak their language. They acted as if you weren't there, and you could tell they were talking badly about you from the looks on their faces. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around.

However, I was disappointed with the view from my room the pictures on Booking didn’t clearly show that there was construction outside, so instead of a nice view I saw tractors and building works. I also had a poor experience when ordering food at the restaurant: the waitress didn’t explain how the dish would be served, and when I asked to switch it, I was told the kitchen was closed, even though others were still ordering. I found this response unhelpful and unfriendly. With improvements in communication and transparency, this could be an even better place to stay.
