Disgusting place needs to be removed from the city, facility is old and a mess, dirty and the worse place to stay😡

Nothing it’s disgusting

The incove next door and the convenient location. Only lacking was condition of the bathroom. All the staff were helpful and kind.

I paid for two night. There was no parking available in the property so I had to find another hotel. The hostel was old, ugly looking, like a crack house. Don't be fooled by the picture. The lobby smelled of old, musty, and cigarettes from the 80's and looked ugly, not like the profile picture. The receptionist was rude and a total slob. I would never ever go back there even if they had parking all over the place.

Friendly host, clean room, great location

This place is inside of a knight's inn and although the location is great near everything. This property is filthy.

Most affordable place that met the basics located near the Broward County Con Center which was where i went for Collect-A-Con. The nearest library at least gave me good service with getting a 7 day Bus pass. Close to several food places too; Panera, Starbucks, Panda Express and there was even a nearby Walmart Room-wise, i was glad that the extension cord was able to be placed at the top of a metal locker compartment that was reachable from the height of the top bunk bed.

I forced myself to leave at 4am on the date of checkout because of my planes schedule. When i arrived back at the reception, I discovered that there was no staff which made sense because of the time. however would have been nice to put up a sign that said something like "Just leave and we'll handle the rest" as i had to rush to finalize my uber pick up that dropped me off at Hollywood Tri Rail Lastly, my room had no ceiling lights, forcing me to use my phones flashlight at night. the room with the fridge also eventually stopped working throughout the stay.

Josh the manager always delivers excellent customer service. The guy always goes above and beyond to accommodate. And the cleaning lady Hidi always makes the bed perfect as well cleaning the room.

Not enough shades in the window.

I will say it's better than I expected. But, it's sad that I would have to pay to store the bag before check-in time!
