"Visit the falls and stay somewhere else"

Booked for 1 night, that day before flying out of WA. Accidentally booked for 2 nights later. Within less than a minute of making the booking I requested the refund via Booking.com and immediately rang Serpentine Falls Park reception and explained that it was supposed to have been for that night. The room wasn't available for that night, and so I was told that the refund request via Booking.com would be approved. Instead the next day they changed their minds and decided that was against the company policy, greedy bastards.

Greedy, lying staff.
