The location was awesome, super calm, beautiful, bus is 5min from apartment and goes every 15 min, store is 5min away.

Nice appartment,a bit small( I think smaller apartments has balcony instead of larger kitchen) but balcony with the beautifu wiev is the best spot of it.Close to the bus stop to go to Old town( it takes about 20 min to get there,busses go every 15-20 min,and operates until 2 a.m.),free public swimming pool with nice wiev in marina is just in 5 min walking distance,it has restaurant with drinks,food and icecream(pool is open up until 7 p.m.),there are few other restaurants,supermarkets nearby.Representative of the lessor was attentive and gave us a lot of usefull information.

It would have been convinient to kave kitchen towels,more toilet paper,or larger bathroom towels.

View, surroundings (was about to say silence - but on our last day, noise from shipyard next was very loud)

A smart tv would help, a soap in the bathroom and most important - an usable car road to reach the property. A large SUV will simply not fit (maybe with half wheel above water is possible - but is last thing you wanna try for 100m to reach the property)

Stunning location overlooking the lake, spacious and very clean. Great host who was easy to communicate with. Not that far from the old town, easy to get to by bus.

Well, didn't like at all.

Sorry to say but the apartment was far out from promised and from what we expected. When you pay almost 100 euros per night you expect to get some things for granted. Towels: you are supposed to have bath towels! Now we only got very small outworn towels. Bathroom: you are supposed to have toilet paper without having to ask for it. And then we were told to get it from another apartment. Bathroom: the smell in the bathroom is just awful. The apartment: almost everything (furniture, kitchenware) is very dated and even in bad condition. E.g. one chair is totally broken. And as a cherry on top of the cake: we saw no one from the staff during the whole time (3 nights). Just messages here and there.

great apartment next to ACI marina. close to supermarket. trip on the bus is fun and efficient for only 2 euros to Dubrovnik

I made contact with the property a number of times whilst I was still in Canada. Often the phone was not answered. on the occasions I spoke to someone (it was always the same person) I was told he would get back to me with more information but that didn’t happen making me concerned the booking may not have been reliable. The accommodation itself was very good

Very nicely decorated and clean apartment. Has everything you need. The shop in Marina and bus stop for Dubrovnik are very near. The hostess is very polite and the communication went well.

Access with a car to the apartment is hardly possible. The road is too narrow. There is no balcony.
