"Helpful front desk staff w/ an early am taxi."

Great front staff help and my only concern was that it was quite chilly at night -- but they had very thick comforters and blankets, so I'm not complaining too much. Interior room was very quiet, shielded from street noise. Very reasonable price, with good value.

"Good hotel with out elevator"

Everything is great except that there is NO elevator.Reception staff are extremely good

No elevator, No heating system( even though blankets are available to keep us warm, in winter heating system is needed

"Great location, clean rooms, but please give bigger towels!"

Nice location; large, clean room.

Breakfast felt skimpy. Also, we were provided only with hand towels, no bath towels.
