Good room, great location (close to Dwarkadhish temple). Staff was very professional and nice, specially Dimple in the Dining hall. Clean room and hotel. Food was good and delicious in the dining halls, with good variety in buffets.

The property did not accept my credit card because it was a foreign credit card. I preferred to pay via credit card because I do not carry enough cash. It was a hassle.

Nice restaurant and modern rooms and shower

Toilet smelled. They need to clean toilets properly. Asked them to clean it, but even after that it was still smelling

Modern, clean and excellent service right from their front desk to the dinning room. Very impressed by their food quality and wide selection of food.

The breakfast spread was decent, offering a nice mix of local and continental options. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although we arrived late at night and were quite tired, the staff ensured a quick and hassle-free check-in.

Staff is not aware of the check in check out policies. Two persons have different views . They keep customer in dark till final billing. I was charged for two days where as I checked out after one day. They are not aware of booking through third party . Later some senior clarified at the time of check out.

Nice location near the temple.

They provided bad and used bedsheets and room was little smelly.
