I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers about my experience. I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had originally booked the hotel for 13 nights. Unfortunately, the stay quickly turned into a very negative and stressful experience. First, several amenities advertised in the listing were simply not available. The description clearly stated that guests would have access to a Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath, but these facilities did not exist at all. Second, the room itself had serious issues. Water was leaking through the windows and balcony door seals, which caused extremely high humidity inside the room. The wall-to-wall carpet was constantly wet. This created unhealthy conditions and made the room uncomfortable to stay in. We were also traveling with a dog, which had to stay on the same damp carpet. There were also safety issues. On multiple nights, neighboring guests broke the building’s alarm/security system, which caused the alarm to ring for a long time in the middle of the night. No staff came to check the situation or fix the problem. The neighbors were even damaging the alarm devices themselves while celebrating late at night. It was disturbing and felt unsafe. Because of these problems, we contacted the property and agreed on an early departure arrangement: if we left the hotel by the 4th evening at 21:00, we were promised a refund of. We accepted this because we simply wanted to leave the situation. We left exactly as agreed. However, after we left, the property retracted the promised refund and stopped responding to messages and phone calls. For almost two months we tried to resolve the issue through customer support. In the end, the refund only happened because I opened a formal chargeback with my credit card provider. Only through the credit card dispute process was I able to recover the payment. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Kreveti su bili manji i niži od prijašnjih;u liftu su puknute pločice pa je neugodan osjećaj posebno kada se lift miče,nije uređen put do parkirališta objekta jer je sve u teškim rupama a računa se parking na dan 15€
