Easy to find with a good big car park. Our lodge was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The Free drink on arrival was very welcome after a day at centre parks with my nephew.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, enjoyed a great meal on the Friday night, food choice and quality was fantastic (worthy of any quality restaurant in town) Room was well laid out and pleasently decorated, plenty of snacks and drinks available in the room. Nice touch was a free welcome drink on arrival. Recommend Room 7 which had a King Size 4 poster bed in it.

We had a two night stay but if you had a longer stay there you would need a wardrobe in the room.

"Almost perfect, one aspect sadly meant zero sleep"

Really comfy bed, well furnished, lovely shower self contained outside of pub

Only gripe, and quite a big one: I like to sleep in a cool room. Only means of cooling is the upside down helicopter on the ceiling..you need a high ceiling for that to work quietly enough…a standard a/c would work much quieter. Was not able to sleep in my super comfy room! 😡
