I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful stay we had at your hotel over the past two weeks. It was truly an outstanding experience, thanks to the exceptional quality of service, cleanliness, and the variety of delicious food offered. During my stay, I was participating as a trainer in a training program, and I greatly appreciated the tremendous support and attention you provided in facilitating everything related to the program. I would especially like to thank Mr. Three Gees, and Mr. Hasnat who were always ready to offer help and assistance at all times during the training sessions. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the restaurant team, who consistently served meals in an excellent and professional manner across all three daily meals. Additionally, my sincere thanks go to the front office team, who were always cooperative and ready to assist with anything we needed. Lastly, I want to thank the housekeeping team for their meticulous cleanliness and attention to detail in keeping the rooms well-maintained. Thank you very much for everything. I truly look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

The stay here was truly enjoyable, not only because of the beautiful building with its well-appointed rooms and rooftop pool but also due to the welcoming and respectful attitude of the staff. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and we loved the food from the restaurant. A special thanks to Arnab and Pradeep for making us feel so welcomed. This is the place you will want to stay longer.

Good hotel with lovely team. We stayed in the hotel few times. Good location and facilities, well maintained. The range of food was good and varieties too. One of Room attendant was great and always helpful with any information. Keep it up..

I had the pleasure of visiting the rooftop area of this hotel, and I was taken care of by Arnab in a way that went far beyond the ordinary. His service was not only professional but also exceptionally warm and welcoming. He provided me with excellent recommendations, explained everything with great patience and expertise, and made sure I had an unforgettable experience. Arnab has a natural talent for hospitality, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere where guests feel truly valued. Thanks to him, my visit turned into a special experience. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. Beautiful hotel, with good facilities including a rooftop area with a pool and bar (bar closed during Ramadan, as expected. Main issue for me was the staff, some were fabulous - the men on the door were super helpful. However during taking my Iftar in the hotel restaurant, I went to reception the day before to book, and was told I didn’t need to, so I hadn’t booked but explained to the man on the door - he said it was no issue and wrote down my room number - another member of staff interrupted me eating to tell me I needed to pay at the end, which I already knew and it was strange for him to do this as this is normal everywhere. I felt like he was making assumptions of me. I did not see him do this to anyone else who arrived as walk-ins either… And then when you check out of the hotel they make you wait around after while their staff check your room before allowing you to leave. I’ve never had this experience anywhere before and it felt like they were judging us to be bad people. Bizarre and uncomfortable behaviour, surely when they have our card details on file it should be ok just to leave as they can charge for damages, like all other hotels

Wir waren im Royal Tulip Muscat nur eine Nacht. Für uns war das Hotel praktisch da wir am nächsten Tag zum Flughafen wollten und wir das Auto bereits zurückgegeben hatten.

Lang verhaal kort, wij zijn vanaf de check-in tot de check-out zeer goed bejegend! Heerlijk verblijf van 8 dagen gehad. Zeer schoon en hygiënisch. Faciliteiten zijn ook top! (Wellness en zwembad). Personeel doet er alles aan om je een top verblijf te bieden.
