La actitud del señor de la recepción

Hotel alejado del centro, todas las habitaciones olían a humedad, solicité la devolución del dinero ya que mi esposa tenía si tomas de gripa, la humedad, el frío en las habitaciones no ayudaban, decidimos no quedarnos por las condiciones de las habitaciones, no les importó y tampoco no nos devolvieron ni siquiera un porcentaje de la estadía

Das Frühstück war das bisher schlechteste auf der Reise. Trockener Maisfladen mit Rührei und lauwarmer Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne…..

The room was clean. Beautiful view! There’s no AC but the receptionist said we wouldn’t need it at night and he was right. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! I traveled with family including two 1 year olds and would book again. The only complaint we had was the entrance to the hotel has a huge hole with no warning for oncoming cars.

Unbelievable location….. superb views of the Andes from the room. Amazing!!!! Richard and Nixon…… all the ‘Presidents Men’ very helpful and friendly!

"Einfach super erholsam."

Wunderschöne Lage mitten in der Natur, etwas ausserhalb von Filandia. Super Aussicht. Sehr nettes Personal.

Die Zufahrtsstraase zum Hotel ist auf einer kurzen Strecke (200 - 300 m) etwas holprig.
