The Grand Resort Arima

Great location. good size of room, and excellent Onsens. but with limited service.

fast wifi, comfortable room, clean, both gold and silver hot springs, easy access parking, well located with walking distance to shops and restaurants, only downside is smelling smoke on the hallway of the fourth floor. The room is fine. Overall a very satisfactory stay

櫃檯下午3點才有服務，4點才能入住，所以3點過後才能寄放行李。 如果是自由行的外國旅客，要推行李上坡道走800公尺，會累到無法言語。建議沒有日本手機不會講日文的朋友，因為無法去電請飯店到有馬溫泉站接送，可以仔細考慮後，再決定是否入住。 而飯店本身，服務好，房間大，也乾淨。房間沒有浴室，統一使用大浴場。大浴場也很棒。 對我而言是間很棒的飯店。有機會會再造訪。

とても丁寧で素晴らしい場所でした。 また機会があれば行きたいです。

食事が無いのが厳しい

夫婦で利用しました。 朝から車を駐車場に置かせて頂き、六甲山登山後、チェックイン。少し下って温泉街もアクセスが便利。ホテル内の温泉は金の湯と同じ温泉で、小さいけど、 サウナも有り、中にはレストランが無いので、夕食は早目の外食と買い出し要。 次の日のチェックアウト後も駐車場利用させてもらい、温泉街で土産を買ってから帰る事ができ、有難う御座いました。

It is excellent if you just like enjoy onsen for its long opening time. Eating and shopping would need to go out.

和室はきれいでしたが、敷布団が固かったです。次泊まることがあるなら洋室にしたいです。
