Executive Living in Bluewater

Location was great, killer views (of water/mountains, and also plane spotting if you are into it). Pictures/descriptions were accurate

There's a lot of rules. I understand it's needed to keep the property in good order but it was probably one of the most onerous on my trip. Garbage was a bit ambiguous and if we are able to fill up one of the garbage bins with our garbage the garbage bag inside the house should be similar sized (not a pint sized garbage bag, with no recycling options which made things a tad more difficult than needed to be)

Great location, comfortable and quiet. Had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay.

Nice views of the lake and the Remarkables in clear weather, comfortable beds, fast Wifi, washer/dryer that worked well. Good layout for traveling as a family of 4.

Unit was a bit hard to find at night, being on a lower level with many external stairs to descend (tried accessing the wrong unit's lockbox accidentally). Some wear and tear on furnishings (sofa and carpets a little grimy in appearance, missing artwork in the bedroom with the empty hangers in place).

Not a thing

Stunning views over the lake. Easy to check in and out. Loved the apartment, very neat and has a big tv and good kitchen. Big bedrooms.

The walls/roofs quite thin so if you have noisey neighbours upstairs it can be a little bit annoying.

The property was kept at a clean and tidy condition. Less than 20-minute's drive to/from the airport and to/from the towncenter of Queenstown. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms. The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space. This requires additional efforts to take in/out large bagages. The property is highly recommended.
