Cold shower Smell

Located in Alameda, nice area a lot of things to do. The room is really nice as well.

Good location, close to the metro, clean apartment and good value for money.

It was really cold during the night.

Amazing place with excellent location,near to metro,park and other facilities near by.

Lack of elevator

A clean, simple, and functional room really near the Alameda and Olaias metro stations. Although you don't get many fancy attractions at the place, it is enough to comfortably stay here for a night or a couple. The owner is helpful and communicates in English well, so you know everything you should about you stay.

Possibly you might find a better equiped kitchen for a place within similar price range, but if you eat out, you should not worry. Somewhat noisy in the evening but after 11 PM everything is quiet.

Convenient close to the centre quiet and good value for the price

Unfortunately I phoned Eugenio as instructed 40 minutes before I arrived at the address as instructed. Perhaps it was as a mistaken communication but I waiter outside the front door for an hour and he was in the apartments all along and couldn't understand why I didn't come up to the apartment. Not something that can be done in my country and would be considered very rude.
