"Never see them again !"

This is the most greedy hotel I have ever experienced in my life. They refused to give me even a bottle of water when I asked, using the excuse of check-out. Every request felt like an excuse to charge extra. I asked for an additional pillow because the ones provided were so small, and they wanted to charge money for it. They even tried to charge me for a towel that was simply used and could be washed in a normal machine – nothing was wrong with it. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Zero stars. This is not the Thai hospitality I know – Thai people are usually warm, kind, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this place was the complete opposite.
