PLAAI Play Hotel

It‘s not a four or five star hotel. It’s really modest. Not sure if the sheets were washed lol But overall it was ok. The staff was friendly The location is not good. I should have stayed at their other 4* hotel.. but this budget version is ok

They wanted to charge me extra for blood stains on my sheets.. i cut my finger cutting fruits.. wasn’t ready to pay for that especially since i wasn’t sure if the sheets were clean

The bed was comfortable, which made for a decent night’s sleep.

However, there were several things that could be improved. The room and bathroom were quite small, and the bathroom walls were noticeably dirty. Even the chairs in the lobby didn’t feel clean, which left a poor impression overall. The location also wasn’t the most convenient, especially if you're looking to explore the more lively parts of the area.

helpful staff, great location in town, clean rooms and easy parking with overflow parking nearby.
