"La espera eterna x la atencion"

La ubicación y el jacuzzi

El personal del hotel dijo que nos llevaría bebidas de cortesía nunca llegaron, nosotros por esperar no nos metimos al jacuzzi, ya que sería incómodo salirte y recibir las cortesías, constantemente dijeron que las llevarían x teléfono , muy mala experiencia

It was clean and location is good as it's close to many restaurants

We agreed a fee on booking and when I went there, they added more money for no reason, I did not like the night receptionist either, he had an attitude and was very cold

"nice stay, good location"

great location next to metro, nice and clean, can be a bit noisy night

Music in common areas at floors should be put off during night and staff should make sure not to make noise near rooms very early morning. a clean to windows wd help too
