Nothing! The staff didn’t care about our experience or comfort, we raised complaints about dirty towels, bedding and an overwhelming stink of cigarettes in the room. We were simply told that was our only option, from the member of staff who just spent the time we were there lounging around and smoking with their friends in the lobby.

The bedding, the towels, the customer service, the stink of cigarettes in the room and the questionable clientele that they cater to.

Very very bad hotel. Absolutely not like on photos. Very dirty, small . Just was waiting to leave it as soon as possible.

it gets very dirty in the room because there is no sink so u need to wash your hands in the shower = wet floor in the bathroom that you later make dirty either with your feet or flipflops, then the whole room just gets dirty in a second. The place is not the freshest since the walls really need to be painted. there was a cockroach in the room which was not fun and even less fun when i went to bed and woke up with on on me....... the good thing is that we got to change the room- the place is not central and the location in not the best if you actually dont need to be in this specific area for a reason.

The staff is nice

The place is horrible. Lots of dirt and literal fecies on the walls. The pictures look good, but in reality you don’t even get soap and you have to buy your own. Don’t do there.

This was an easy stay in a quiet neighbourhood. We had all we needed and were comfortable. It was a little out of ‘the action’ but blue vans got us into town easily and cheaply.

Bed was comfortable but lot of stains on the linen (fun fact: they advertise spotless linen in front of the hotel)

Bed linen had a lot of stains. Walls were REALLY dirty, I don't even know how a wall can become so dirty. Super small bathroom which smelled bed and was also dirty. When I opened the door there were 3 cockroaches running around, disgusting. Also there is no sink?!?! Which made washing hands or brushing teeth really akward. The whole hotel is run down and nothing like the pictures. Would not stay again.

Price was cheap and the staff was friendly

The first I got showed had cockroaches so I asked to change the room. The room I stayed had dust hanging around and the walls were dirty. Also there were ants on the floor. The bathroom was a bit smelly and did not have a sink.
