Location wise, it was ok, as it was just a 3-min walk to the Garut train station. The hotel is also very accessible to the entire market area, with shops and stalls.

Noise level because outside my room is the public area where smokers gathered and families waiting to be checked into their rooms.

Near to the city center

Very noise, because the walls have a lot of small windows gap and you can hear everything from outside and also people can hear you from inside. No privacy! Cold water and bad pressure from the shower.

location was very convenient for me. like the environment and the position of hotel. have a private parking space, specious and not so busy so my baby played over there. have some coffee shop and restaurant near. super shop and other shopping shop in walking distance. I didn’t expect toiletries… but they gave. friendly and smart staff during my stay. they don’t have restaurant but they can serve food and beverages in room from the restaurant in front. no extra charge. even breakfast also. very cheap rate. I ordered breakfast but the restaurant couldn’t delivered it on time and i had to cancel it. but surprisingly at the time of checking out hotel gave us 2 cold coffees for free and said sorry for breakfast.

at the time of booking they said parking is free but charged 10k for parking. though it’s not a big deal. room should be more clean and wifi should be more speedy. staffs should know a little English.
