Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy and adjacent to property in a residents only area (i.e. not street parking). Pleasant views over river area. Great location for exploring Ayr. Well equipped kitchen.

Overall the property was a little small. Space was limited for suitcases and clothes unpacking.

Location mainly. The coffee maker was nice.

Awful bed. Uncomfortable space all around. Dirty, had to do a lot of upfront cleaning. Basically completely mis-advertised. It is NOT what the rating and reviews reflect. All that was definitely manipulated.

We had another fab stay in this lovely well appointed riverside apartment. We feel really at home here. Situated in a quiet location but still only a few minutes walk to local shops, pubs and other amenities. Communications with the owner Alan were great and he made sure the heating was on for our arrival on a cold rainy March day. There was also a nice bottle of wine chilling for us in the fridge, thanks Alan. We're already looking forward to our next stay :)

"Stunning apartment in a fab location…we’ll be back"

It’s in a lovely location and really close to all local shops, restaurants and pubs. The property is nice and bright with everything you need. The bath is huge 😊 The bed is really comfortable. Best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The owners left a really helpful guide to places to eat which was fab.

There wasn’t much to not like about this property. The only tiny criticism I would have is the sofa wasn’t that comfortable, possibly because it’s a sofa bed but luckily we were out and about so much so it wasn’t a big deal.
