EMA House Serviced Apartments Aussersihl

This apartment is very clean , location is safe and convenient . There are many grocery stores near this apartment. I would like to recommend this property for travel Zurich. The most impressive thing about this staying : 1, easy communication . I always get reply quickly when I have any questions need to ask; customer service is excellent . the day when I arrived, it was later than scheduled due to flight delay. The lady ( sorry that I don't know how to spell her name here) , she is waiting for me at the gate of building, no any complaint, only has her smiling face and professional greeting, she showed me everything and leave me the key. When. I told her that I need to do a quick grocery shopping before store closed 10pm. There's only more than 10 mins left before close, she said that she can drive me there . Such a lovely lady. She took me there and I did my grocery shopping then. The first night makes me wonder this country is best quality not only for products, but qualify of people and life. 2, cleanses, odorless in the apartment, no strange chemical scented smell ( some places even high stars hotel which use some chemical perfume to try to cover the smell) the chemical smell always makes me nausea, but in this apartment, they are same like my home just feel fresh and comfortable. There are my experience of this staying. I will choose here again when I have chance to visit Zurich next time. thanks again, EMA house!

Some noise from the street in the evening.

It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. There were several small restaurants in the area. It was in easy reach of 3 tram routes. It was well equipped in gthe kitchen

The microwave, coffee maker and toaster had no place I could find to plug them in on the counter area. I had to plug the toaster in on the floor. The shower in the tub needs a higher hold bar and less slippery surface. It is dangerous as it is.

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, and we loved the convenient location near shops, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was very clean.

The only suggestion we would kindly make is regarding the lack of air conditioning. When we opened the window, we unfortunately had a few insects, including cockroaches and spiders, come inside. Improved window screens or pest control would be a great addition. Thank you for an otherwise pleasant stay.

Da kann ich nichts sagen alles war gut 😌 und schön 🤩

Ich habe den Gastgebern geschrieben, dass wir mit dem Privat-PKW nach Zürich kommen. Ich gab als vorläufige Ankunftszeit zwischen 16:00 und 17:00 Uhr bekannt. Die Antwort war: wir erwarten sie um 16:30 Uhr. In den Bedingungen stand, sollte man sich mehr als 30 Minuten verspäten, ohne dass man zwei Stunden vorher angerufen hat, muss man CHF 50 bezahlen. Um 16:30 Uhr pünktlich beim Quartier zu sein, bei dem derzeitigen Abendverkehr in Zürich (Baustellen Eishockey WM...) ist fast nicht möglich. Noch dazu wo wir das erste Mal in Zürich waren. Ich finde diese Bedingungen nicht ok und verursacht einen Riesenstress!!!!

L’appartement est situé au cœur d’un quartier vivant et animé, avec de nombreux restos et bars. A quelques arrêts de tram du centre-ville, ou à 15 minutes de trottinette. Proche du Letzigrund ou de la Swiss Life Arena pour les sportifs. Très bien équipé, très spacieux, ultra propre, personnel très réactif et aidant. Accueil professionnel. Bonne literie. Commerces à proximité. Ventilateur à dispo, car en été certainement chaud, orienté au soleil.
