B&B Pure Africa Coffeebar

Great coffee and lovely ambience in the cafe. Different story entirely with the hotel. No record of my booking when I arrived. Bathroom, with no ventilation, separated from the bedroom with just a curtain. Room full of mosquitoes at night and no plug in repellent available. The next day I had to beg for it, was given an almost empty one, then had to beg some more till i got a proper one. Wifi disappeared for hours on both mornings. One staff began playing the guitar outside my window before 7am on a Sunday. A single omelet and toast took over an hour to prepare, even though I had explained that I had to leave at a certain time. Staff just shrugged when I pointed out how unfair that was. Worst hotel experience in Rwanda so far. Avoid staying here at all costs.
