La posizione della struttura,

Le consegne relative al check in particolarmente macchinose e dal tono intimidatorio, che richiedono un'applicazione mentale poco in linea con lo spirito di una vacanza. Sarebbe utile informare il cliente di tali condizioni prima dell'addebito dell'importo dovuto, per lasciare al cliente stesso la facoltà di un'eventuale disdetta. Rapporto con l'host esclusivamente limitato alla chat. Non funzionamento dello sciacquone di uno dei due bagni, tempestivamente segnalato all'host, senza che sia stato dato seguito all'intervento riparatore. Uno dei letti matrimoniali in dotazione assai vetusto, che emette forti rumori ad ogni movimento Pulizia approssimativa degli ambienti.

"Ogólnie apartament oceniam pozytywnie, personel jak już się pojawił też był miły"

Bardzo duży i przestronny apartament, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona

Personel zapomniał o naszej rezerwacji. Czekaliśmy 2 godziny przed obiektem na wejście do apartamentu…

Zalety: + wielkość apartamentu + lokalizacja + aranżacja wnętrza + duża kuchnia w ktorej było cale wyposażenie

- skrzypiące łóżka - głośno przez większą czesc nocy - miałyśmy ukąszenia na skórze po 1 spędzonej nocy w apartamencie - apartament dosyc wysoko, więc z bagażami bywało ciezko - poprosiliśmy o pościele oddzielnie łóżek i nie dostaliśmy pościeli do końca wyjazdu na to 3 lozko (a dostaliśmy zapewnienie ze dostaniemy)
