The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job.

I prepaid my stay via Booking.com using a virtual credit card. The payment was confirmed both by Booking and my bank, yet the hotel claimed they hadn’t received it and attempted to charge me again. They even called our room at 8 AM despite a clear “Do Not Disturb” sign, which was unacceptable. Instead of helping solve the issue calmly, the front desk staff tried to overcome the language barrier by loudly speaking Polish, assuming it would help – even though neither English nor German were properly spoken or understood. The bed was uncomfortable. The balcony was shared between three rooms, which made it feel not private. The in-room safe was not fixed to the wall and could be taken entirely in case of theft. The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent and dangerously unstable – sometimes scalding hot.

Rent och snyggt men rummet motsvarade inte förväntningarna. Hårda sängar och bedrövlig "kudde". Frukosten helt ok. Servicen däremot dålig, ingen kunskap i engelska och dålig servicekänsla överlag.

The location is very good, close to everything.

The breakfast menu is unchangeable day to day. Would be good to have some variety.

Hotellet lå perfekt, hvis man gerne vil være tæt på stranden og musik hele dagen. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Værelset var ok stort, men virkelig dårlige senge. Meget hårde. Parkering på hotellet, skal man huske at bestille hjemmefra.

Bra läge och fräscht rum, tyvärr hårda sängar och trafiken på gatan var störande.
