Good breakfast and good staff speaking English and guidance

Shower drinage was blocked. Bed was uncomfortable

It is outdated but feels comfortable still.

The location is perfect, everything is near, it was easy to find. The room is big, I like the style and wooden ceiling. Breakfast is abundand and good, coffee, tea and drinkable water always available, the stuff is helpful and nice.

It was a bit cold in the room and on breakfast. Beds are old and uncomfortable, sheets are too small and mattress was alwas uncovering. Bathroom needs renovation, it was always water on the floor and slipery, toilet flushing didn't work propetly.

Very good location, very close to Registan square. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful.

I couldn't get hot water from the shower, but at least I could from the sink. Aside from that, all good for a budget option.

The guest home has real old world charm. The rooms are spacious but very old, especially the bathroom. However, the staff are very kind and welcoming. Great value with a large breakfast spread.

Bathroom was extremely outdated and needs to be completed gutted.

property is very near to Registon Square, just walking distance to all attractions, staff is really helpful, breakfast was great 👍🏻 feels like home.

the bed wasn’t comfortable and even, making noise with little movement.
