Etwas versteckt, aber sonst nichts auszusetzen!

Leider handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel sondern um eine gemietete Etage in einem hässlichen Gebäude am Rand des historischen Stadtkerns. Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr kompliziert und hätte schon stutzig machen müssen. Zimmer war ok aber ohne jeden Esprit. In 10 Jahren reisen mit unserem Hund haben wir noch nie mehr als die Hälfte der hier verlangten € 20,- gür eine Nacht bezahlt. Unmöglich!

Not a fan of self check in. Only 2 coffee pods for 3 guests. Otherwise it was fine.

Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Once found the reception was very service minded. Code instead of keys might be a technical challenge for some. Location is great in the city. Payed parking outside that felt safe. Room was very comfortable and AC worked great! Breakfast was served at a close by Café (more of a pastery place).

That hotel is so different to find.

The property is lovely, although difficult to find as others have noted. The front desk hours were strange and not useful, starting after the time to check out had passed and ending precisely when checking in was possible. The description of the property indicated that service would be available in a variety of languages, including english. This was not my experience. This is not a complaint that the staff didn’t speak english but rather that this was not as advertised. I did not want to upload travel documents online and so planned to check in in person. Although I had made arrangements to do this beforehand, I was 5 minutes late arriving due to a delayed train, and arrived to find that no one was there! Calling the posted numbers was frustrating, again due to language issues. Another issue is that I sometimes received clean towels and sometimes did not. Of course, towels hung on the hooks are often not replaced, but a wet bath mat was taken up off the floor, refolded, and placed back in the shower. This was unexpected and unpleasant the next day. My experience was that, after 10am, do not disturb signs are irrelevant. Cleaning staff tried to enter the room not once but twice the morning I was working from there.
