The way they handle things...I made my bookings on the 26 to book 1 night which was 27, when I come to check in they told me that they are fully booked... i asked how? because I already make bookings a day before only to realize that they prioritize people who came with cash. They took my room and gave those who came with cash because on booking.con they get the money after 7 days. My question is why do they use booking.com while they can't wait for the late coming of money? In highly dissapointed with their service 😕 😪

I was so disappointed because I booked in Feb and they couldn't find my booking. Now they had to give me a room I didn't like the shower was broken, to be honest I didn't like it at all.

Their gates were locked thus security safe.

The bedding was not clean. No lid for basin, toilet floor leaks. Wardrobe inside floor also broken.
