Please note that we do not have 24-hour front desk service. Please note that it will not be possible to check-in after 9 PM. All common areas are open from 08:00 to 21:00 (kitchen, terrace, TV room and patio) Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Please let us know your approximate arrival time. Late check-in's are not available at this property. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all beds booked in dorms will be located in the same room. Reservations for bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed at this property. Guests are required to present a valid ID, a credit card, and €50 in cash upon check-in. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and no parties allowed from 21:00 to 08:00. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00. If you have booked a bed in a female-only dorm room as a male, your reservation will not be valid and you will not be allowed to stay. Under no circumstances will the reservation be refunded if the rate is non-refundable. If it is a refundable rate, a refund will only be issued if the request is made 48 hours before check-in. Please note that the property does not offer 24-hour reception. If you arrive after 21:00, your reservation will be cancelled.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
