Altré Guest House

This was one of the most well maintained properties I ever stayed in. It was modern and beautiful and with a nice touch. Everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen had everything you need. There is an Italian breakfast (packed not “fresh” but I am not saying that as bad thing, just to let the visitors know what to expect cause I think this is the standard in most of B&Bs in Italy and this one was excellent cause it had a lot of varieties, more than we could eat in our night stay, a lot of jams, yogurts, biscuits, cereals, milk, croissants and other snacks). We came by car and found free parking in front of the building. The hosting couple were the most welcoming ones, as we were late for our check-in they waited for us although they had to be somewhere else they had a reservation and we are very grateful for that as we had a very long day and we just couldn’t afford to cancel. Thank you to both of you, we were lucky to have stayed in your apartment!

Hosts are incredibly carefull and are always willing to help you with everything. The room is beautifully decorated and everything is shining new.

Chiara and Enrico are very caring and lovely people. The location seems remote at first but indeed is very central, parking spots can be easily found in the neighbourhood for free. The place is exceptionally clean and well mainainded. 10-15min max. walking distance to almost everything in Olbia.

Could do with a lounge chair

EVERYTHING! Chiara and Enrico are the most helpful and considerate hosts I've ever had anywhere. They assisted with car rental, finding an instructor for Padel lessons, restaurant recommendations - everything! They made my stay so wonderful. Staying at Altre is so much nicer than staying at an impersonal hotel. The apartments are SPOTLESS, everything is within walking distance, and you feel like a guest and not a number. You can take Italian lessons with Francesco at StudItalia just around the corner. If you rent a car, you can park on the street in the neighborhood and lovely beaches are just a short drive away.

Et skønt ophold - værelset var dejligt stort og rent. Værterne er meget imødekommende og hjælper gerne med anbefalinger til sightseeing og spisesteder. Placeringen er også rigtig god og tæt på den indre bydel.

Everything was fine,we had all we needed. The young owners care for their guests. Good job with the recycling.

There is nothing I can say that I did not like about Altre.Starting with its owners Chiara and Enrico, the warmth of their welcome, and the facilities offered for check-in since we came from far away and Chiara waited patiently for our arrival a little late. Once there you find a beautiful accommodation that does not lack detail. I wish I had been more nights. very close to the center where you can find numerous places to dinner, I definitely recommend it if you want to explore the Emerald Coast at a good price Thanks for the sweet gift Chiara!
