The Room in the Garden

We were met by the owner who was very polite and friendly offering coffee on arrival. The room was amazing very clean and had a modern spacious bathroom. There is an outside seating area which is part covered by a gazebo with lighting offering the best of both worlds for the British weather. We highly recommend this property for a pleasant and relaxing stay, with owners who went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable 10/10.

Wow! where to begin..we arrived early(!!) but Janine was more than accommodating ...The room was perfect from the beds to the bathroom & all the great toiletries and coffee..all the way through the stay Mark & Janine were great hosts...nothing was too much trouble ..great breakfast too! Perfect.

Friendly welcome with a cup of coffee, room furnished to a very high standard, excellent bathroom and shower with top quality toiletries provided. Spotlessly clean. Pretty garden includes a seating area under a gazebo.

Excellent stay within easy walking to Cathedral and town centre.

What a great little place, just a short walk from Salisbury City Center. The Room in the Garden was an amazing space to stay, comfy, clean and well maintained. Janine and Mark were lovely hosts, really friendly and made you feel relaxed. 100% recommend 👍

Janine and Mark are wonderful hosts. The location is in a quiet private location just over a one mile walk to Salisbury Cathedral and the center of Salisbury. The room is clean, comfortable and has a lovely covered outside seating area. I can thoroughly recommend.

The was a real find, a lovely room in a garden, quiet, easy to find yet only a short walk from the city centre. Local knowledge and the loan of a couple of bikes from the friendly hosts Janine and Mark made our 2 day stay so interesting and hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

The room in the Garden does not do this justice! The accommodation was superb - more like "The Luxury Apartment in the Garden"! The quiet setting, the ease of access, the quality finish and all the luxurious products and furnishings made this a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The setting, with bi-fold doors, overlooking the beautifully tended garden and with its outside seating area only added to the experience! Our hosts, Janine and Mark were charming and made us feel most welcome. We could thoroughly recommend this to anybody wishing for quiet, luxurious accommodation a few minutes drive from central Salisbury.
