Clean and spacious apartment

I arranged with them for a car to pick me up from the airport. The driver came with 35 mins delay and never apologized. He was rude. He was the one who checked me in and gave me the keys. After you book and pay for the apartment, you get a message saying that you have to pay a 200eur deposit during check-in. This was done on the 1st of November, up to now, they have not returned the money to me. Really bad service. They say they manage 200 apartments in Malta, and yet they are so unprofessional.

Airconditioning worked well to escape the heat. The rooms were nice. And the terras was great when the sun was away. The availability of a washing machine was super. There were also cool elements in the freezer which we could use to keep our food and drinks fresh while we were out. The appartement was very close to the busstops where you could travel to most of the island. Communication was mostly great

The front door didn't close properly, needed several tries to close it. The owner promised they would come check it out but never did. The terras was very dusty, so by walking barefoot or sitting in the chairs you were immediately dirty. A parasol would be nice to be able to sit on the terras during the day, as it was hit by scorching sun most of the day. Unfortunately, they had forgotten our baby bed, and we arrived in the middle of the night. They arranged it to be delivered the following day. The bathroom was nice but the shower could use an update, there is no water pressure and the shower head was quite dirty.
