Absolutely amazing hostess, responsive, ready to help with all questions that arise and incredibly pleasant to talk to. the room was super clean, everything worked perfectly.

Everything we needed for a comfortable stay & Siziwe did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, [in spite of my physical problems] including a lovely gesture of welcome that we won’t disclose. We found that staying here & eating at the Victoria Falls Hotel gave us the best of everything at a tiny fraction of the price of the big hotels. Being a short taxi ride from the town centre means that it is much quieter than we expected.

This accommodation was fantastic! The lady running the guesthouse was very helpful. I would, and will, happily stay here again! The location was great. Not too far from Vic Falls town. We were able to walk to town. It was very safe at night. Victoria Falls itself is buzzing again. I was there 12 years ago and it was great but this time it seems to be thriving!

The owner was extremely rude. The workers were incompetent.. I was cold at night.

It was a large room with shared kitchen. Wifi was excellent and host was very nice and helpful.

Host was in kitchen at 5.30 am in the morning cooking up meat which was very unpleasant smelling when waking up. Absolutely zero signage to find the place.

This guest house is hosted by wonderful people who can assist in all your plans. It is a secure gated property that has very comfortable spacious clean rooms with private bathrooms in the suite..

Can't find any fault in our stay and we stayed the last time we were in Vitoria Falls! I am very grateful for a guest house of this quality in this price range!

Very safe, well kept, clean Pool is regularly serviced Staff were excellent, always available to help and answer questions Air-conditioning saved us from the intense heat We were only booked for our first two nights in Vic Falls. After one night at the next booking, we cancelled and returned to Pillacol

A little far for walking to attractions but can be done, depends on the heat. We had a taxi driver that was always available to transport us and charged us local rates so it was fine.

Great place to stay, we felt like home in there. Rooms were big and clean. Host is amazing and very helpful and kind. There is a big kitchen with everything which is needed. Swimming pool is a relief during the evening. The only minus is the location. It is quite far away from city center, shops and restaurants. You need to walk or take a taxi every time.
