No food facility available. One have to order from outside.

Card payment option not available at the property. They send customers to another hotel place if one would like to pay through credit card/ debit card. But they keep on saying that they have card payment facility at the property, which is not true.

"Will never stay at this hotel The owner offered same room at 2000 when I paid 3180 thru BOOKING.com?"

Only location.

Everything else is totally worst. NOISY, Bad water test in basin while brushing. It seems from Portuguese time the water tank was not cleaned up. Having good staff is not only asset but what about one first thing water....
