The landscaping was very nice.

it is not a walkable area. Check out should be extended to at least 12 o’clock. The name implies it is close to the ocean. Is not. noisy dogs

the view from the pool is amazing. The staff were great and the owner was awesome.

I never got to stay because they did not have the room available upon arrival even though the place was near empty with the exception of one other couple.

The property essentially lied and instead of providing a Seaview room as booked specifically offered me a dingy lower level out of the way no view room that didn't even have linens on the bed. There are no facilities that worked, no internet, asking for the room I had booked then created the girl that answered the gate that was locked to go through a whole series of gyrations of why she couldn't provide the room I booked because there was no internet and she had no other way to get a hold of her boss. At that point I stated that unless I got the room I booked I would have to find another accommodation someplace she then magically chose to leave me and my guests hanging for an additional 20 minutes after we've already been there 45 minutes while she went off somewhere stating that she's going to find out from the boss who she just previously said wasn't available. After 20 minutes My guess and I chose to leave to find other accommodation as it was getting later into the evening. They denied my complaints with booking.com stating I was a no-show. Which beyond being a completely rude lie and insults to both intelligence and personality, and I'm not one for ego, but to be charge full price for something I never even received is libelous. Legally I have phone records with date and time stamps, I have GPS readings and history that shows my driving to the place arriving at the location with time and dates. I've had to go through the extra steps of contacting my bank providing the evidence to get basically a pretty small amount of money back but it is more about principal sometimes and pushing businesses like this out of business by not patronizing them. Lies and cheating the public is something that I consider a public service announcement as this review should be.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms, with shared access available between both our room and our adult kids next door. Use of the swimming pool was a very nice addition to our stay!

Rooms are basic but clean which is perfect from those on a budget. The bathroom is across a yard from the bedrooms which was not advertised and it also wasn’t very clean. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi did not work in the lower part of the property where the bedrooms are. The restaurant was closed which I didn’t know about until I asked about dinner. Then the owner told me there is a food court in walking distance, and I discovered after walking a 40 minute round trip that that was also closed. There was also very loud welding going on all afternoon outside my window as the owner seems to be refurbishing a boat and my room was made up even though I left the do not disturb sign on the door when I went out. The pool is lovely and the view from by the pool is amazing. If you want cheap and basic with a nice pool then this is perfect. If you want to eat or sleep comfortably whilst you’re staying here, bring your own snacks for your room, and your own bed…

If you want an out of the way quite place. This will suit nicely. Rooms are large. Aircons in lounge and bedroom. Views were nice enough. Owner was on site and pleasant enough to talk with. Balcony was also a good size. Staff were pleasant. Wifi was good when it was up (from lounge area).

Be aware TV's require you to provide own cables and input such as laptop or cell phone with cables and content - as confirmed by staff (as mentioned in review from another guest in late 2022). No cable channels or smart TV here (if you get stuck in room longer than planned). Bedroom TV only has RCA plugs to hook into - good luck (No wifi on lounge TV to take advantage of). Daily housekeeping consisted of emptying the bin, taking the empty smaller water bottles we set aside to refill (from larger bottle bought down the road. Likely not aware of intent) and leaving room unsecured (more concerning than bottles). Will need to provide own toiletries unless willing to share the 1 toothbrush when booking as a couple.

Appartment was big, comfortable, with a nice view, and staff is very Nice.

1. big apartment with nice balcony 2. old kitchen but can cook the basic things 3. if you don’t have Transport ( car/ motorcycle ) this apartment is not for you…. 4. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big ( shower pressure is average but this is the Phillipines) I would stay here again I didn’t use the pool they have 2 dogs 🐕 which by reading the other reviews a lot of people mention…To get to the pool you must go thru the gate where the dogs were …..

I had NO TV for 7 days ( which to be honest didn’t bother me) there is a TV 📺 in the bedroom and also the lounge room but both did not work…Now the manager said he would fix it and get someone working the first day I check in but never heard back from him again….So please check to see if the TVs are working before you stay… The furniture is old and the lounge has some black mould or something growing under it… I would have used the pool if they didn’t have those dogs… ( the dogs must go) (To be fair ) the Manager did say I was the first guess back from Covid but that’s no excuse when I am paying 15thousand pesos for 7 days!!!!!! but like I said my overall experience in this apartment was good I enjoyed it I am easily pleased 😃
