The location was great and the host was very friendly. He helped and showed us the nearby parking.

Well appointed flat close to city centre. By the standards of other properties in cities such as Bruges or Paris it may seem a little tired and in need of some tender loving care, but for the price there really was nothing to complain about. The apartment doesn't look like the photo, however that wasn't a problem. I wouldn't have any issue with recommending the property or staying there again. Very good value for money.

The area around the communal entrance is heavy with graffiti which on first appearance was a little off putting, however don't be put off by this. A large proportion of properties in the city have graffiti in this manner and it is just part of the charm.
